HE SURE LOOKS LIKE YOU
One day I heard say, to a dad of his son,
"Your Billy, he sure looks like you."
The father, he smiled, for he surely knew why;
He was born In his likeness, 'twas true.
I thought what the preacher had said Sunday morn,
"God the Father has never been seen,
As none has observed Him, he didn't have form."
I wonder where the preacher had been.
In the Good Book It says "In his image" we're made,
And Christ the "express Image" of Him.
So, If I look like Him, then He looks like me;
I'm a son of the Great Elohim.
Now, this sure makes sense that I can understand,
And the Law of the Harvest Is clear—
A seed from my Father, becoming like Him!
Thus the knowledge of God Is known here.
